The branch in Pfäffikon is the third location to be realized by MACH Architektur as part of ZKB's new branch concept. Situated in the heart of the municipality of Pfäffikon, within the Frohwies center, the branch is optimally connected via the center’s internal passageway.
Upon entering the branch, visitors are greeted by a wall of real, preserved plants – creating a natural moment of welcome while establishing a strong connection to the local context.
In keeping with the guiding principle of being “the bank that's close to you consultations take place either at the centrally positioned community table in the open customer hall or in one of the semi-open consultation niches.
For more private conversations, a variety of modernized consultation rooms are available on both the ground and upper floors, designed to meet the diverse needs of the clientele.
A calm, contemporary interior design, warm wooden surfaces, and lush greenery complete the architectural concept. Together, they create a welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere – reflecting a new, customer-focused banking experience.
