The Japanese cosmetics brand DHC Skincare is positioned in the mid-range segment in Japan. The market entry in Europe provided a good opportunity to reposition the brand and give it additional prestige.
Working closely with Swiss design agency CoDe, MACH created a fresh, sophisticated furniture collection for the brand's new European headquarters in Zurich and for its call center. The modern interpretation of the East-West theme allowed DHC Skincare to present itself in new splendor to employees as well as clientele in the important European market.
